							<description><![CDATA[<p>MIAMI&mdash;Marco Rubio launched a historic bid for the presidency this week here in his hometown, but it&rsquo;s not where he plans to base his campaign.</p>
<p>Instead, the Florida senator is planning something of a national headquarters that spans Washington D.C., Miami, and the early&nbsp;primary states.</p>
<p>Rubio&rsquo;s presidential campaign is for now being run out of his political action committee&rsquo;s office on Capitol Hill, and several top aides don&rsquo;t have plans to move. The campaign is looking to open an office soon in Miami, and is meanwhile scouting real estate in the key primary and caucus states.&nbsp;</p>
